12 Habits - Morning

Within the 12 Weeks of Habits Programme, you have a choice of attending the zoom meetings in the morning or the evening. These times are between 9:30-11:30am or 5:30 - 7:30pm (GMT). In the 12 Weeks of Habits 'Morning' group, we will meet either on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday morning depending on which sign up group you are with. This will be finalised once the group is set up. Each week, we will cover a different topic that will help you to develop lifelong habits around nutrition, movement and mindset. This is a subscription product so you will be charged once a month for a period of 3 months. If at anytime you wish to cancel that subscription, you can do so through your subscription page.
