I use vegetarian recipes all the time and add the appropriate protein source for who ever I am feeding. Vegetables provide us with a wonderful source of vitamins and minerals. As a society, we are so time poor. We are cooking less and less fresh vegetables in our daily lives. The trend of steaming has left most of us tired of the same-same flavours of the vegetables that provide us with so much nutrition.
