1. Commit
Commit to health coaching – The support of practice leadership and the care team to health coaching is essential to achieve your goal
2. Build
First, choose the right leader for your health coaching program. The leader may be a nurse, nursing supervisor, nurse practitioner or physician.
3. Recruit
Your current staffing model may support the transition of a current staff member into a health coach role. You may also consider recruiting.
4. Start & track
Introduce your clients to the health coach and explain the goals of the program to them so it is easier to implement.

We will do a deep dive into how you nourish your body with food and movement, what your support systems are, how you build barriers to your own success and much more. 12 Habits - Morning

Within the 12 Weeks of Habits Programme, you have a choice of attending the zoom meetings in the morning or the evening. These times are between 9:30-11:30am or 5:30 - 7:30pm (GMT). In the 12 Weeks of Habits 'Morning' group, we will meet either on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday morning depending on which sign up group you are with. This will be finalised once the group is set up. Each week, we will cover a different topic that will help you to develop lifelong habits around nutrition, movement and mindset. This is a subscription product so you will be charged once a month for a period of 3 months. If at anytime you wish to cancel that subscription, you can do so through your subscription page. I want to give you the opportunity to make small changes daily that add up to big results. The 12 Weeks of Habits programme is here to help you with the doing! But you have to decide what it is you want to be!

By hitting subscribe below, you can sign up for a task based programme that will lead you through the basics of nutrition and movement. Each day will present the opportunity for growth and development of a positive mindset. The aim of the programme is to improve your nutrition and create a healthier lifestyle.

This is a coached programme where you will check in weekly, log your work daily and have a group zoom call weekly with a group of like minded people. If you wish to sign up as a 1-1 client, you will still get all the benefits of being a part of the group dynamic. You will also have the added benefit of a full dietary review and weekly 1-1 calls to offer greater accountability and insight into your food choices and lifestyle.

Whatever your goals are, be they related to health, fat loss or the development of a more active lifestyle, you will be supported in those goals through weekly zoom sessions.
