I loved how clear and simple the training element of the programme was. I wanted a new programme every day but Fiona explained overload to me and even sent me a video with a full explanation on why consistent overload on a muscle group causes changes to the muscle – it was above and beyond. I learned so much.

Im not a fan of tracking food, but I can see the value in using it as a tool to learn about food. Fiona really emphasised the benefits of using it this way and then moving to a more intuitive model

The 12 weeks of habits course has really made me examine my attitude to food, but more so to myself and my body. I always thought my diet was fine, but with small changes, I feel 100% happier in my body. I am so excited to see where this goes next
