I loved how clear and simple the training element of the programme was. I wanted a new programme every day but Fiona explained overload to me and even sent me a video with a full explanation on why consistent overload on a muscle group causes changes to the muscle – it was above and beyond. Im not a fan of tracking food, but I can see the value in using it as a tool to learn about food. Fiona really emphasised the benefits of using it this way and then moving to a more intuitive model
