Hi, I’m Fiona O’Donnell

OWNER/FOUNDER, COACH

I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. I began my career working as a cardiac physiologist. In this role, I worked with patients who suffered with a number of cardiac illnesses. During my time in this role, I began to realise that simply focusing on ‘fixing’ disease wasn’t enough for many people. It’s not enough to exist – what is important is that we live ‘well’. 

From here, I began to develop my coaching skills in running, pilates, strength and conditioning, pilates, open water swimming and triathlon coaching to help my clients engage in movement that brings them joy. 

Further education has led me through a Masters in Exercise & Nutrition Science and a post graduate diploma in Performance Nutrition. 

I am currently undertaking a further Masters in Applied Psychology (Coaching & Positive Psychology) so that I can guide my clients on an holistic path to behaviour and lifestyle change.
